EPDM sponge, also known as Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer sponge, is a type of closed-cell sponge typically produced in black colour. Its primary characteristics include exceptional resistance to ozone, UV rays, weathering, and general wear and tear, making it highly suitable for outdoor applications.

EPDM Sponge Sheeting can withstand temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C, making it perfect for sealing outdoor environments against dust and moisture.

EPDM closed-cell sponge sheets offer notable benefits such as excellent aging properties, compressibility, and resistance to ozone, oxidation, hot water, as well as light to medium concentration alkalis and acids. Moreover, these sheets are lightweight and provide effective thermal, sound, and vibration insulation.

Advantages of EPDM sponge rubber include its outstanding ozone and UV resistance, flexibility in low temperatures, good electrical resistance, compression resistance, availability in various thicknesses 3mm, 6mm, 10mm & 12mm.

EPDM sponge rubber can be provided as plain sheets or with adhesive backing, and it can also be fabricated into strips and gaskets through our manufacturing facilities.
